Gull Rock Overview
Gull Rock is spread over three floors and at the top is a large stylish open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a glass frontage that slides open onto the balcony. The views from the balcony up and down the estuary are sensational and completely uninterrupted.
Below the living area are two bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. One of these – the master bedroom – enjoys incredible sliding glass windows spanning the width of the bedroom. Imagine watching the yachts sail out to sea with the backdrop of sandy beaches and dramatic coastlines whilst you enjoy a freshly-made cup of tea.
Downstairs are two further bedrooms sharing a large family bathroom (which also houses private laundry facilities). At the rear is a bedroom with funky custom-built bunk beds along with bean bags and games consoles for the large digital television. Kids will love this room for watching movies, playing games or chilling out with their iPad. The second bedroom has doors leading out to a terrace which gives direct access to the slipway – perfect for jumping onto your boat for the days adventures.
Gull Rock forms part of the new Estura development situated in front of the Salcombe Harbour Hotel.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any pets at Gull Rock

Parking Information
There is one car parking space for Gull Rock but this is not a dedicated space. If you drive to the bottom of the hotel driveway, the hotel reception staff will help tell you where to park.
In the unfortunate event that you arrive and there are no spaces left, you will be directed to the park and ride car park – the hotel staff will take you there and bring you back, and there is no charge. We unfortunately have no control over the parking situation.
