Treetops Overview
Treetops sits in an elevated position giving the most exquisite views of the legendary Salcombe harbour, its gorgeous sandy beaches and surrounding countryside.
With fabulous amenities including a large hot tub, cinema shack, outdoor shower and log burner, this is a very special holiday home for you to enjoy time with friends and family no matter what the time of year.
Upon entering Treetops, the hallway leads to the spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The large dining table (with fabulous overhead lampshades) seats the whole house so you can enjoy your meals socialising with one another.
Off the dining area is a terrace with outside dining table and chairs, plus a gas BBQ to sizzle those sausages. Al fresco dining or evening drinks at Treetops comes with those sensational views too.
The well-equipped kitchen will keep the cooks happy and there is plenty of prep space for all your entertaining needs including a separate drinks fridge.
The comfortable seating area with pitched ceiling has the most incredible panoramic views over Salcombe – you will be transfixed as the morning light pours in, and the ever changing vista captures your imagination. On cooler evenings, why not fire up the log burner to keep toasty and keep those woofers happy!
On this floor are also three of the bedrooms; two well-appointed kingsize bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, and a bunk room with a separate large family bathroom.
Downstairs to the lower ground floor is a separate zone with its own comfortable sofas, dining table and kitchen. A great space for grandparents to find some tranquillity on a family holiday, or perhaps the perfect space for teenagers to hide away!
There are two more bedrooms on the lower ground floor – they are both kingsize with en suite shower rooms. The back bedroom has the option for additional beds to be set-up for up to two guests.
Outside to wooden terrace and the fun really begins. Basils is your own private cinema shack (with separate WC so you don’t miss too much of the film if nature calls!) to enjoy watching those Hollywood blockbusters in style and privacy. There is a bar and drinks fridge to keep your beverages as cool as you’ll feel hanging out in Basils.
And the large hot tub is such a treat! Take a seat and relax as the bubbles sooth your body and mind. Bask in the sunshine and take in those views. Need to wash off sandy bodies first having come back from the beach? Then jump under the outdoor heated shower!
