The Quay Overview
The Quay is a cosy gem nestled right on Dartmouth’s sparkling waterfront, offering a warm and luxury space that’s just perfect for two. This charming bolthole combines nautical flair with a relaxed, homely touch, making it a dreamy hideaway for couples looking to slow down and savour the best of coastal life.
Step inside, and you’ll find a beautifully open-plan living area with large windows framing incredible estuary views. The lounge invites you to settle down in front of the wood burner with a glass of wine, while the thoughtfully designed kitchen is well-equipped, so you can whip up a leisurely brunch to enjoy at the dining nook or out on the sunny terrace with your own bistro table for two. Here, you can sit back, watch the boats go by, and soak up the beauty of the river as the sun dances on the water.
The lower ground floor features the light-filled bedroom dressed in soft linens and calming hues, complete with a plush king-size bed for the ultimate night’s sleep after a day exploring this incredible coastline. A stylish en-suite bathroom with a bath tub of dreams adds a touch of luxury, creating a peaceful haven to unwind with that well earned glass of local Sharpham wine before heading out for supper in one of the many acclaimed restaurants over the water.
The Quay is the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience, allowing you to dip into the best of Dartmouth life while retreating to your own waterside sanctuary watching the world go by.

- There are stairs between the first and ground floors
- Iron and ironing board available
- Due to its location waterside, the property does not allow children
- Restrictions – No access to the gardens of Kittery Court and this is clearly labelled with the use of “No Entry” signs and chained off. Access to the water is prohibited from within the grounds of Kittery Court and there are no moorings nor are there any landing points for vessels such as boats and paddle boards. Please can you use the slip way located directly outside the yacht club.
