Inside, the open-plan living space is light-filled and beautifully curated, combining character features with contemporary design. Comfortable seating and a sociable dining area create the perfect setting for relaxed evenings, whether sharing a home-cooked meal or unwinding with a film after a day of exploring.
The kitchen is both practical and inviting, fully equipped for everything from slow breakfasts to indulgent suppers using fresh, local ingredients. With Dartmouth’s renowned food scene just moments away, it’s easy to enjoy the very best of the coast, whether dining out or bringing home local produce to enjoy together.
The Gate House offers two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom can be arranged as twin beds or a super king, making it flexible for couples, friends or families. The bathroom includes both a bath and a separate shower, perfect for relaxing after a day by the water.
A private balcony provides a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, where you can soak up the tranquil surroundings and maritime charm of the estate.
Step outside the gates and you’ll find yourself moments from the waterfront, with scenic coastal paths and estuary views waiting to be explored. The location is ideal for discovering this beautiful stretch of South Devon, whether by foot, boat or ferry.
Dartmouth itself is just a short ferry hop away, offering a vibrant mix of independent shops, cafés and award-winning restaurants set around its picturesque harbour. From here, you can take to the water on a boat trip, explore nearby beaches, or follow the South West Coast Path for dramatic coastal walks.
