The bedroom has views over the rooftops of Hope Cove and the rolling Devon countryside. Furnished with a cool rustic vibe with a king size bed and double built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. Heading further down the hallway to the bathroom; a fusion of modern vintage; the bath has a contemporary black paned screen and large brass rain shower head and the statement encaustic style tiled floor completes the look.

The hallway opens up into a bright open plan living space with a smart kitchen area, well equipped with high spec appliances by Neff, Nespresso coffee machine and DeLonghi kettle and toaster. Contemporary furnishings include a dining table and chairs and a smart grey sofa which can also be set-up as a sofa bed for an additional guest. The expansive floor to ceiling windows open up onto the private balcony for the most stunning coastal views. Imagine waking up in the morning and sipping coffee to the sounds of the crashing waves.
