Apartment 4, Carswell Cove Overview
This luxurious first floor apartment is cool and comfortable, oozing coastal style with high end furnishings and decor offering the ultimate in relaxed holiday living.
The location is pretty spot on too, set on the clifftop with the beach in reach, it’s got to be one of the best spots in South Devon for a seaside escape. Hope Cove is the perfect spot for sandcastles with the kids, wild swimming, kayaking and stand up paddleboarding, combine that with some of the best seafood shacks, pubs and restaurants all just a just a short walk away.
Carswell Cove comes complete with a large balcony and stunning sea views. Perfect relaxing at sunset with a glass of fizz.
Sleeping up to 7 guests, the property has 3 stylish bedrooms offering plenty of space for family and friends to escape, entertain and have fun.
Enter the property via exterior stairs which lead up to the entrance to Carswell Cove. The bright and spacious hallway leads to the bedrooms, family bathroom and open plan living space. Wide glass doors open onto the balcony seamlessly bringing the outside in, a beautiful spot to relax and watch the comings and goings on the water whatever the season.
From the front door to the right you’ll find the first bedroom, kitted out with bunk beds and the option of an additional trundle bed, this is the perfect kid’s den with lovely views over the village to the countryside beyond. Further down the hall there are two more bedrooms; a smart double with chunky wooden bed and industrial style shelf bedsides, again with lovely countryside and village views. The master bedroom is relaxed and comfortable with smart grey panelling behind the bedhead and coastal views through the floor to ceiling window. The luxurious ensuite shower room has a large brass rain head shower and a Vogue heated towel rail. The style continues into the spacious family bathroom which is beautiful with an encaustic style floor and a bath for relaxing, there’s a shower over the bath complete with black framed glass screen and a brass rain head shower.
The sociable open plan living area is the hub of this outstanding holiday home. The contemporary L-shaped kitchen area is well stocked with Neff appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and DeLonghi kettle and toaster. You’ll find everything you could possibly need to cook up your favourite dishes and the large breakfast bar is perfect for chatting over a glass of wine. There’s a large dining table with benches, sofa and easy chairs for relaxing. Step outside and the elevated aspect offers the most amazing sea view from the wide balcony.
