The Ebb - Soar Apartment Overview
Tucked within the exclusive grounds of Thurlestone Hotel, The Ebb is a beautifully curated ground-floor apartment designed for a slow luxury coastal break. One of just four private residences within this elegant collection, the apartment accommodates up to four guests in spacious, light-filled interiors where soft coastal interiors enhance the relaxed rhythm of the South Devon coast.
Opening onto a private terrace, mornings begin with coffee in the sea air and evenings drift gently into long suppers after days spent exploring nearby coves and coastal paths. Guests at The Ebb also enjoy access to the hotel’s exceptional facilities, including the spa, outdoor pool, golf course and children’s playroom, creating a stay that feels both indulgent and wonderfully easy, especially for families.
At the heart of the apartment lies a spacious open-plan living area, thoughtfully designed for both entertaining and unwinding after days spent by the sea. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine.
The dining area comfortably seats four, flowing seamlessly into the inviting sitting area where comfortable sofas, books, games and a Smart TV create a wonderful space to relax. Large patio doors open directly onto the private terrace, allowing indoor and outdoor living to blend beautifully throughout the warmer months.
The apartment offers two luxurious bedroom suites. The principal bedroom features a sumptuous super king sized bed, which can also be arranged as twins upon request, alongside built-in storage and direct access onto the terrace. Its elegant en suite shower room features a generous walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
The second bedroom is equally stylish and spacious, again offering a super king sized zip-and-link bed that can be configured as twins if required, together with its own beautifully finished en suite shower room complete with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
With the sandy beaches of Thurlestone just moments away, alongside the much-loved village pub, shop and endless stretches of the South West Coast Path, The Ebb offers an idyllic base from which to experience the beauty of the South Hams, whether surfing at Bantham, lingering over long beach days or simply unwinding beside the pool in the warmth of a Devon afternoon.
