With far reaching views over Batson in Salcombe, Osprey is a perfect peaceful holiday home for families and friends to have a special time away.

A stroll alongside the creek and past the boatyards through the bustling Island Street, Osprey offers you a tranquil spot to relax and unwind after a busy day experiencing all that pretty Salcombe has to offer.

This four bedroom property has a beautiful airy ground floor king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, together with double doors opening onto a sunny patio area - a morning coffee and newspaper is a definite must to start the day here. For those post-beach sandy bodies, a fab new utility room on the ground floor with a shower is so handy for a busy family.

The bright and airy first floor offers a stunning open plan living and dining area - perfect for entertaining. You will love opening the bifold doors from the living space onto your own deck with outside seating for those thirst quenching sundowners after a busy day.

Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with a bed that can be set-up as a super king or twin, with pretty views over the gardens and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom is a spacious king size and the third bedroom offers two single beds. The modern family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, and for convenience there is a separate WC in the adjacent room off the hallway.

The pretty outside garden with outdoor dining furniture and barbecue is the perfect spot for hosting those lingering outdoor suppers with friends and family. And all that space lets the little ones or your woofer frolic in the fresh air.
