Mill Bay View Overview

Millbay View is a light, spacious and airy penthouse apartment which is absolutely beautiful. It is set within a private gated development close to all of the Salcombe action. This is the perfect spot from which to relax in privacy and style but enjoy a short stroll along Fore Street for shopping, boating and restaurants.

Take the lift or the stairs up from your private parking area and be wowed as you walk into the open plan living space. Step out onto the large balcony and drink in the unparalleled panoramic views of the coastline. From the Southpool creek, across to Smalls beach and Mill Bay, and then over the bar and out to sea. It doesn’t get better than this, and it doesn’t matter what the weather is – the views will always be intriguingly beautiful.

The living area is thoughtfully designed and stylish but very comfortable. At one side the snug sofa is perfect for reading, watching the television or simply watching the world go by on the water. This leads to the dining area which can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The contemporary and well-equipped kitchen has the usual mod-cons including the all important drinks fridge. What is very notable is the glorious view over Salcombe and out to sea from the kitchen sink. This might be one time you fight over who will do the washing up!

The master bedroom has utterly glorious views over the harbour and out to sea – imagine sitting in bed enjoying a cup of tea in the morning with a view. A super kingsize bed, Smart TV and en suite shower room make this a fab bedroom.

The second bedroom has a king size bed and fantastic en suite bathroom with shower and bath. The third bedroom has twin beds and its own en suite shower room.

What a wonderful time we had. What was most pleasing was the living quarters and access to Salcombe. To have king sized beds and ensuite bathrooms was unprecedented to other options out there. All in all a wonderful experience.
