Firstlight Overview
Firstlight unfolds across three beautifully designed floors, each thoughtfully arranged to make the most of its breathtaking estuary setting.
The top floor is dedicated to a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, flooded with natural light. A full glass frontage slides open onto the balcony, revealing uninterrupted views up and down the Salcombe Estuary – a cinematic sweep of emerald waters, sandy coves and ever-changing coastal light. It’s the perfect place for a slow morning coffee watching the boats drift past, or evening sundowners after a day exploring the charming streets and beaches of Salcombe.
The middle floor hosts two elegant bedrooms, both with their own en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is particularly special, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass stretching across the entire width of the room, allowing you to wake up to the estuary beyond. It’s a peaceful spot to start the day with a quiet cuppa while planning the day’s adventures.
On the lower level, you’ll find two further bedrooms sharing a generous family bathroom, along with a separate utility room – ideal for dealing with sandy swimsuits and beach gear after days spent by the water. One bedroom is a tranquil double, perfect for teens, friends or relatives seeking a little extra privacy, while the other is a king-size room with beautiful estuary views.
