Apartment 3, Ayrmer Cove Overview
Stunning first floor apartment with beautiful interiors and fabulous sea views. Luxury is key in a holiday home and this 2 bed apartment combines it with comfort, style and location by the bucket load. Step outside onto the terrace and take in the sea air as you sip your early morning Nespresso (yes, there’s one in the kitchen!) This is easy coastal living at its best! Add on to that amazing seafood served up the Hope & Anchor and the wood fired pizzas and the Lobster Pods in Hope Cove and you’re in for a treat.
Sleeping up to 4 guests, Ayrmer Cove is a dog friendly property with 2 smart bedrooms, perfect for a get away with friends or family looking to stay close to the beach with amenities nearby.
On entering this coastal escape; the accommodation flows, beautifully planned interiors offer privacy, and peace. The hallway opens up into the bright open plan living space, perfect for chatting over dinner and generally relaxing and having fun. Throw back the patio doors and wander onto your private balcony and take in the sea views. The wide floor to ceiling glass doors really bring a real sense of space to the apartment. A wonderful spot to relax in the evening for sundowners.
Both bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished. The first bright and airy room bedroom off the hallway is kitted out with twin beds and has lovely views across the rooftops of Hope Cove. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed. The family bathroom is contemporary and luxurious with a beautiful encaustic style floor, a Vogue heated towel rail and a bath complete with black framed glass screen and a brass rain head shower.
Heading to the chillout zone… a beautiful bright sociable living space and the hub of the home. The contemporary kitchen area is well stocked with Neff appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and DeLonghi kettle. There’s a large dining table with benches, sofa and easy chairs for relaxing. And of course the wide balcony is a fabulous secluded spot to laze and relax with a G&T.
No smoking inside the apartment please.
Two dogs are very welcome free of charge.
There is the option of a sofa bed which can be set up on request
