Private steps directly down to the waters edge, encourage paddleboarding, kayaking and boating fun with friends and family.

Inside, the interiors are bright and airy, with floor to ceiling windows framing the panoramic views of the water and beyond. The living spaces have been thoughtfully arranged for ease and comfort, offering a relaxed yet beautifully styled setting for gathering with family or friends. Bedrooms are positioned to make the most of the estuary outlook, so that each morning begins with soft light dancing across the water, while modern bathrooms provide space and style in equal measure. From here, you can catch the ferry to Salcombe for a day by the sea, or simply explore the surrounding countryside, where winding paths and open landscapes offer endless opportunities for walking your four-legged companions.
