A really lovely perfectly placed house for our gorgeous 5 sunny days in Devon. Superb location just moments walk into Salcombe with lovely estuary views. The bedroom views are stunning. The house had everything you needed and was clean tidy and organised. Gorgeous quality of towels and bath products. The kitchen had everything you needed and the outdoor terrace off the lounge was lovely in the morning sun. Great to have a parking space, our car probably too big but we squeezed it in! There was everything you needed in the kitchen! And lots of information left for the house and local area.

We loved our stay at this property. It was cosy and comfortable and enough room for a family of 4 (two teenagers who enjoyed their own rooms. Stunning views and felt like a home away from home. Very convenient location, walking distance to everywhere local and a lovely scenic walk to South sands. A very happy stay.
