At Finest Stays, we use technology to support what we do best — delivering thoughtful, high-quality holiday experiences for our guests and trusted, well-managed bookings for our owners.

We do use elements of artificial intelligence within the business, primarily to assist with data analysis, operational efficiency, and handling routine enquiries. This allows our team to respond quickly, make informed decisions, and continuously improve performance.

However, AI is never used as a replacement for human judgement.

All key decisions – from pricing and guest experience to owner communication and issue resolution – are overseen by our team, who bring local knowledge, experience, and care that technology alone cannot replicate.

We do not rely on fully automated pricing systems that operate without oversight. Instead, we combine data-led insights with human analysis, ensuring pricing decisions reflect both market conditions and the nuances of each individual property.

We are mindful of how data is used and handled. Any AI tools we use are carefully selected and operate within our existing data protection and privacy standards.
