Devon Farmhouse Overview
Nestled in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,' this stunning farmhouse is a fabulous base from which to explore this epic part of Devon whilst offering a genuine sense of remoteness - and it's dog-friendly too...
Stepping inside this beautiful farmhouse you will find a bright, open, serene house, with large, light-filled spaces and an aesthetic that is rustic modern minimalism at its best; a nature-inspired palette, beautifully balanced textiles and a easy breezy flow and spaciousness about the place. In the spring and summer, eat breakfast under olive trees in the sun drenched courtyard, discover the bluebell wood for early afternoon champagne picnics and spend balmy evenings around the fire pit. Come autumn and winter, pop muddy boots and dog towels in the boot room, enjoy the roll top bath and sit by the wood burning stove with logs and kindling crackling away.
All four bedrooms come swathed in luxurious linens, super soft bedding and sumptuous throws and cushions to ensure a blissful nights' sleep. The master bedroom has a deeply comfortable kingsize bed and an in room cast iron claw-foot bath. There are two double bedrooms, both with en suites, and a double or twin room. This period house has underfloor heating, film projector for movie nights and a piano for evening sing songs.
