With direct access from the garden to the South West Coast Path and a short stroll to some of the most breathtaking beaches in the country, there’s little need to use the car once you arrive. Designed with comfort and style in mind, this light-filled home features an open-plan kitchen and dining space (seating eight), a separate lounge with a cosy log burner, and a kitchen finished in elegant Farrow & Ball De Nimes Blue. Perfect for families or groups, the bedrooms include a spacious king and a super king or twin room.

The large enclosed garden is perfect for kids and dogs to roam safely while you fire up the BBQ and gather around the outdoor dining set for lazy lunches or sunset feasts. After a day on the beach, unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars, or simply kick back on a sun lounger, sandy toes and all. There’s also a handy outdoor hut for storing wetsuits, boards, and beach gear, plus private parking for up to five cars - ideal for stress-free arrivals and departures.

Two dogs are very welcome at Avon Rock. Please note there is an additional cost for dogs added to a booking. Please don't let dogs upstairs. Dogs will simply adore the large lawned garden perfect for running about. There are hundreds of coastal walks from the front door too!
