The house is beautifully furnished and has light and airy living spaces and bedrooms. There are more than enough well appointed bathrooms and an open plan kitchen and living/dining area with spectacular views of the estuary and a sunny decking area with garden. Seafern House is finished to a high standard with modern appliances, spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. This property suits families and groups of friends alike and with a short walk down the hill into Salcombe, it is a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the busy seaside town. Seafern is a stunning house in an ideal location for gorgeous Salcombe and exploring the surrounding beaches and countryside. We are repeat visitors for good reason – the house has a fabulous layout with a lovely open plan kitchen/dining, comfy lounging and bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms and spectacular views. Salcombe centre is a short walk with fab bars, restaurants, cafes, beaches, crabbing, boating, shopping, and access to beautiful walks – all the ingredients for a perfect getaway. This is our happy place – cannot recommend highly enough.

The house is fantastically equipped, beautifully decorated, with gorgeous comfy beds and all the mod cons you need, the owners have obviously thought of everything. Our team stay at Seafern House was everything we hoped for — spacious luxury rooms, stylish interior, and perfectly located. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the generous living areas and lightfilled spaces. Ideal for gathering as a group or simply spreading out and unwinding with our holiday reads. The views over the Salcombe estuary are stunning — we spent early mornings watching boats come and go, with the changing light over the water providing a constant backdrop. Being able to wander down the hill into town, made everything easy, whether we were heading out for a bite to eat or picking up fresh pastries in the morning and eating them hot on the quay with a takeout coffee - what bliss! It’s a house that makes you slow down, breathe out, and enjoy every moment. We couldn’t have asked for more for our rest and reset gathering.
