A beautifully appointed kitchen, complete with breakfast bar and views across the hills, makes cooking a pleasure, while the elegant dining area and terrace doors blur the line between indoors and out.
With four beautifully styled bedrooms, including a fun bunk room for children or teens, Park House offers the ideal balance of family space and private hideaways. Two of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and ease for everyone. The further family bathroom offers the perfect escape to relax after a busy day on the water.
On the upper floor the family lounge with sumptious sofas, TV and opening doors to the upper terrace provide a peaceful escape for a morning coffee, a quiet read, or simply soaking in the far-reaching estuary and countryside views.
On the lower ground floor, a private dining terrace sets the scene for long, leisurely family suppers, a tucked-away spot made for laughter, good food, and golden summer evenings.
Tucked away on the lower ground floor the family snug and TV room offers a cosy retreat for relaxed movie nights or a peaceful hideaway for teens to unwind after a day exploring Salcombe. Comfortable, calm, and inviting, it’s the perfect space for quiet downtime together.
