With four beautifully styled bedrooms, including a fun bunk room for children or teens, Park House offers the ideal balance of family space and private hideaways. Two of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and ease for everyone. The further family bathroom offers the perfect escape to relax after a busy day on the water.
On the upper floor the family lounge with sumptuous sofas, TV and opening doors to the upper terrace provide a peaceful escape for a morning coffee, a quiet read, or simply soaking in the far-reaching estuary and countryside views.

Parking Information
The garage is 2.07 mm high at lowest point. It will take most cars and vans – WITHOUT – roof boxes or roof racks. The garage will not take cars and vans with roof racks or roof boxes
For accessing the garage, it is recommended that the inner vehicle reverses in from Devon Road and reverses as close to the inner wall as possible and as far back within the garage as possible.
It is recommended that any second vehicle drives in to the outer space (Baptist Lane side of garage)
It is suggested that food and other deliveries – including drop off on arrival – is via the entrance door on Devon Road.
