Clementine Overview
Sitting in an elevated position above Salcombe town, but within 10 minutes walk of the high street, Clementine has breathtaking views and lots of space for relaxing with friends or family.
Approaching the house, there is a decked area by the front entrance with outdoor seating and a fire pit - perfect for roasting marshmallows or making s'mores under a starry sky. Sit here to take in sensational views over Salcombe, the estuary and surrounding countryside. Or light the fire pit at night and take in the starry skies whilst relaxing with a drink in hand!
Heading inside you’ll find a spacious hallway with boot room and cloakroom. There is plenty of space for entertaining in this wonderfully roomy home, perfect for families or a get-together of friends. In the two separate sitting rooms, you'll find large, plumptuous sofas on which to sprawl and gaze out of the french doors windows. The back sitting room has an open fire and french doors to the side of the house. The front sitting room has a useful study/reading area, and the most glorious views over Salcombe from the Juliet balcony. Both sitting rooms have Smart TVs
Downstairs to the lower ground floor, there is a utility area which leads down to the fabulous open plan kitchen and dining area. With a dining table seating up to 12 guests, this is sure to be where lots of socialising and fun takes place! Large floor to ceiling glass doors open onto the lower decking area and garden. The outdoor dining area on the decking is just perfect for an al fresco lunch or supper.
The first floor is where the beautiful large bedrooms and bathrooms are. The family are sure to be fighting over the uber comfortable super king bedroom with an en suite bathroom and Juliet balcony with far reaching sea views.. A further two bedrooms (a twin and a super king that can also be set up as a twin) share a large family bathroom.

Please note that Clementine is a reduced occupancy version of Old Sail Loft which doesn't include use of the top floor. Unfortunately, if this floor is used, you will be charged the full occupancy rate. If you're a larger party looking for full use of this property do take a look at Old Sail Loft too.

There is one raised parking space on your left as you come off the road. There is also parking just next to the garage of Clementine (Old Sail Loft).
Please do NOT park anywhere along the driveway down to the house, or block access for residents in the houses on your right. Neighbours will definitely knock on your door if you block this area!
