Boone House Overview
The property stands tall in an elevated position with far reaching views across the River Dart and the town which is just a 10 minute stroll away. From the moment you step through the front door you’ll fall in love with the character and style of this charming home.
Boone House has 6 spacious bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 12 guests in the lap of luxury. The owners have given a lot of thought to the bedroom layout and created three larger bedrooms at the front of the house and the more child friendly rooms on the quieter, rear side of the property. Add to that the 5 stylish bathrooms, so no queueing for the shower - perfect!
Downstairs the vast open plan kitchen and dining area is the real hub of the home. Throw back the wide patio doors and step onto the terrace for big family breakfasts and romantic alfresco dining as the sun sets.
Accommodation is elegant, homely and beautifully presented; the dining room easily seats 10 guests around the dark wood table complete with bench and tall eastern style chairs. Sleepy children and adults alike will love lazing on the pretty window seats with its thick cushions, and gazing out to sea as the embers glow in the open fire. The stylish sitting room has tall floor to ceiling windows flooding the room with sunlight and lighting up the neutral palette. This relaxing space is perfect for spending time with friends and chatting by the glow of the gas fire. The bright blue cushions add a touch of coastal vibe, combine this with the elegant Asian touches and you’ll soon discover this really is a very special place.
So if you’re planning a luxury coastal escape with the family you really don’t have to compromise on style. Boone House has a beautiful private and safe garden for children to play in, complete with sunken trampoline. Adults are well catered for too; slip into the hot tub, chill out on the deck chairs, dine alfresco on the deck and soak up the awesome views over the meandering River Dart and the town. Are you ready for a glass of fizz? Holidays don’t come much better than this!

- Bedroom three with twin beds whcih can also be made into a super king size bed on request and a sofa that can also be made into a sofa bed. With a balcony and views overlooking The Britannia Royal Naval College and Jack and Jill ensuite with shower, sink and WC.
