2 The Boatyard is a luxury townhouse with the most spectacular water and countryside views.
While away the hours sitting on one of the two sunny balconies, with your morning coffee and long awaited holiday novel. The pretty estuary leading to the lovely market town of Kingsbridge is an ever changing scene with boats bobbing their way for lunch at the famous Crabshell Inn or the seasonal passenger ferry making its way to Salcombe for a day out. Paddle boarders are a familiar site with tuition available nearby.
Furnished and appointed with luxury interiors and appliances there are no compromises offering a luxury break away from home. Perfect for groups of friends having that long awaited catch-up or a family making the best of the spacious rooms available.
The front door opens on to the hallway where you will find a lift and stairs for easy access to the first and second floors. The ground floor leads to a peaceful twin bedroom, family bathroom with bath and a further kingsize bedroom with its own en-suite shower room.
The first floor opens out to a gorgeous contemporary kitchen with everything you need to prepare those lazy breakfasts or joyful suppers enjoyed with the balcony doors open, the perfect space for your aperitif. The dining table and luxury chairs seat six. If you do have to catch up on those work emails or want some private space for chatting there is a useful study room.
