As our Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth for both bookings and property acquisitions, with the autonomy to run with your ideas, explore partnerships, and bring innovative campaigns to life. You’ll be leading our marketing strategy, working closely with our team and digital agency, and focusing on the details that make each campaign impactful.

Location:

Kingsbridge, Devon (Flexible for the right candidate)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Marketing Strategy: Build and execute annual plans that support our big-picture goals, including expanding our portfolio and attracting new property owners.
• Run Data-Driven Campaigns: Manage paid ad campaigns and partner with our digital agency to maximize SEO and PPC results, all while keeping a close eye on performance metrics.
• Elevate Brand & PR: Drive brand-building initiatives, create engaging visuals, and maintain a strong social presence that resonates with our luxury positioning.
• Attract New Property Owners: Develop creative, targeted campaigns to bring in new luxury properties to our portfolio, keeping in tune with seasonal trends and customer demands.

What You Can Expect from Us:

Salary: £35-40k per annum dependent on how your skills and experience align to the role.
